Food-Grade Silicone Products for OEM & ODM

KOBOY's silicone program covers feeding plates, bibs, teethers, spoons, food storage boxes and weaning sets molded from food-grade liquid silicone rubber (LSR). LSR is odorless, non-toxic, heat-resistant from −40°C to 230°C and safe for boiling, steam and microwave sterilization — a dependable material for baby feeding lines.

We support complete private-label customization: product shape and mold development, durometer and thickness adjustments, color matching, printed or debossed logos and custom retail packaging. Certification: a Chinese national industrial production licence for food-contact plastics, plus China national food-contact compliance for materials. KOBOY-branded items are supplied with EN 14350 and CPSIA test reports, including CPC. For FDA, LFGB or other destination-market standards, we can arrange testing with accredited third-party laboratories such as SGS, Intertek or BV. and our factory follows in-line QC across molding, trimming and packing.

Standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces per design with a lead time of about 30 days from sample confirmation. We welcome mixed-size orders for retail sets and can coordinate barcode-ready packaging, drop shipping and product development from your sketch to mass production.
