PPSU Baby Bottles for OEM, ODM & Private Label

KOBOY manufactures PPSU baby bottles and training cups for brands, importers, distributors and private-label programs. Our amber, BPA-free PPSU is lightweight, drop-resistant and withstands repeated steam sterilization up to 180°C — the material of choice for modern feeding lines.

Every bottle can be customized end to end: capacity and neck diameter (5–6 cm wide-mouth options), nipple hardness and flow rate, handle and gravity-ball configurations, custom colors, printed or embossed branding, and retail-ready packaging with barcode. Our factory holds a Chinese national industrial production licence for food-contact plastics, and our materials meet the China national food-contact standard. KOBOY-branded products ship with test reports to EN 14350 and CPSIA, including CPC. Testing to other destination-market standards — including FDA and LFGB — can be arranged through accredited third-party laboratories such as SGS, Intertek or BV.

Production runs start at a MOQ of 3,000 pieces per model, with lead time around 30 days after sample approval. Our in-house molding and injection lines let us control quality from resin to finished carton, and we support sample development, lab testing and drop-shipping arrangements.
