Our factory sits in Xinxing County, Yunfu, at the junction of the Shencen and Shanzhan expressways.
That keeps us close to the Pearl River Delta's ports and component supply chain while keeping
manufacturing costs well below coastal-city levels.
Production capabilities
Injection and blow moulding
Our bottle lines run automated injection-and-blow systems for PP and PPSU, alongside dedicated
Japan AOKI single-stage injection stretch blow moulding (ISBM) machines. Single-stage
ISBM forms the bottle in one continuous cycle rather than re-heating a preform, which gives better
wall-thickness control and a cleaner, more uniform finish — the standard premium brands expect.
We also run 2K / two-shot injection for hard-soft combinations, such as a rigid
collar over-moulded with a soft-touch grip, in a single cycle rather than two bonded parts.

Liquid silicone rubber (LSR)
Silicone is moulded in-house on automated LSR injection systems, including a
dedicated automated line for teats and nipples. We run platinum-cured LSR, which
cures by addition reaction with no acidic by-products — the reason it is odourless and
taste-neutral, which matters for anything a baby puts in its mouth.
Parts go through a secondary vulcanisation (post-curing) cycle at elevated
temperature to drive off residual low-molecular-weight siloxanes. This is the step that separates a
silicone part that passes sensory testing from one that smells faintly of rubber on unboxing.

In-house tooling and machining
Every mould is developed in our own tooling centre rather than subcontracted. That means we control
the schedule, we can cut a trial insert quickly when you want to test a design change, and your tooling
never leaves our building.
Equipment includes precision CNC lathes, milling machines, punching and surface grinding machines,
and EDM spark erosion for the fine detail and sharp internal corners that milling cannot reach.

Decoration and finishing
Decoration runs alongside production rather than being sent out. We do pad printing
for artwork and multi-colour logos, and in-mould embossing or debossing cut in our own
tooling shop — which gives you a brand mark that cannot wear, peel or wash off, unlike a printed
one.
Matte and textured surface finishes are cut into the mould itself rather than sprayed on, so the
finish is part of the part and does not fade with handling. We match Pantone references and send an
approved swatch or decorated sample before mass production.
Retail packaging — window boxes, gift sets, blister packs, multilingual leaflets, barcodes
and cartons — is coordinated on the same schedule.

Quality control
Our own testing laboratory
Routine testing happens in-house rather than being sent to an outside lab for every check. The
laboratory is laid out as separate stations for each test type, so a batch is measured the same way
every time — which is what makes the numbers comparable across orders.
Tensile & pull testing
Teats and nipples are pulled until they fail, to confirm they do not tear or detach from the
collar. This is the core anti-choking requirement in EN 14350 — and the one a recall
usually turns on.
Drop testing
Bottles and cups are dropped from set heights onto a hard surface, checking that the body and
seams survive the falls a real product takes.
Shore hardness
Silicone teat hardness is measured batch by batch, so the softness a parent feels does not drift
between production runs.
Flow rate testing
Teat flow rates are measured so that an S, M or L rating actually means the same thing from one
order to the next — a common source of complaints when it is not controlled.
Profile projector & precision measurement
An optical projector with digital callipers and micrometers for dimensional checks on small,
tight-tolerance parts such as nipple apertures and collar threads.
Precision balance
Part weight checked against the golden sample — a fast catch for short shots, material
drift or a worn mould.
Four inspection gates
Testing is only half of it. Every order also passes four checkpoints:
- Incoming material — resin and silicone batches checked against the
approved grade before they enter production.
- In-process — dimensional and visual checks at each stage, with the
golden sample as the reference standard.
- Pre-shipment — AQL sampling against the approved golden sample, with
inspection reports and photographs on request.
- Third-party inspection — you are welcome to appoint your own inspection
company to check the order at our factory before it ships.
Our factory holds a Chinese national industrial production licence (XK) covering
food-contact plastic products. Routine testing runs through national-level laboratories including the
Guangzhou Quality Supervision and Testing Research Institute (GQT) and the National Packaging Product
Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre. Reports are available on request.
The facility
Our 12,000 m² site was purpose-built for food-contact production,
including air-shower entry to the production areas. Production halls are operated as controlled
manufacturing areas for food-contact products.
Moulding, silicone, tooling, assembly and packing all happen on one site, so a problem in one stage
is visible to the next rather than disappearing between suppliers.
How we work with you
OEM — you bring the design
You supply the 3D files or drawings and the material specification. We build the tooling, mould
the parts and own the production process. You own the design and, if you paid for it, the tooling.
ODM — you start from our platform
You pick a product from our catalogue and customise it — colour, logo, capacity, packaging,
or a new insert tool for a different nipple or spout. Fastest route to market with no full tooling
investment.
Full development
You bring an idea or a sketch. We handle industrial design, structural design, mould engineering,
sampling and mass production, and coordinate the testing your market requires.
Certification support
We hold a Chinese national industrial production licence for food-contact plastics, and provide
EN 14350 and CPSIA test reports with CPC for KOBOY-branded items. For your own brand we arrange
testing with accredited third-party laboratories such as SGS, Intertek or BV.
