KOBOY supplies a complete baby bottle program across PPSU, PP and borosilicate glass — anti-colic newborn bottles, wide-neck feeding bottles, training cups and 2-in-1 bottle-cup systems. Every material is chosen for food contact: BPA-free PPSU that survives steam sterilization, lightweight impact-resistant PP, and borosilicate glass that keeps milk clean and odor-free.

Customization runs from the mold up: capacity, neck size, nipple hardness and flow, anti-colic valve systems, handles, caps and gravity-ball straws, plus custom colors, printed or embossed branding and barcode-ready retail packaging. Our factory holds a Chinese national industrial production licence for food-contact plastics, and our materials meet the China national food-contact standard. KOBOY-branded products ship with test reports to EN 14350 and CPSIA, including CPC. Testing to other destination-market standards — including FDA and LFGB — can be arranged through accredited third-party laboratories such as SGS, Intertek or BV.

Standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces per model with about 30 days lead time from sample approval. In-house injection molding keeps quality and scheduling under our control, and we support sample development, lab testing and drop-shipping arrangements.
