MOQ, lead times, tooling ownership, who holds which certification, samples, payment and shipping — answered plainly, without the sales language.

Standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces per model or design. Mixed-size and mixed-colour orders can be combined to reach that quantity. For a first trial order we can sometimes discuss a lower quantity — tell us your situation in the inquiry and we will confirm what is possible.
You contract with and pay AORIS INC, our US entity — a Wyoming corporation. That means your purchase contract is governed by US law, any dispute is heard in US courts, and payment is a domestic USD transfer rather than an international wire.
Your order is manufactured by our partner factory, Guangdong BeiBeiLe Daily Products Co., Ltd., at its facility in Yunfu, Guangdong, China, and shipped directly from there to you.
Send us your product idea, reference photos, target market and estimated quantity through the inquiry form on our contact page, by email, or on WhatsApp. You will get a feasibility check and an indicative quotation within 8 to 24 working hours. We then confirm the specification, quote tooling and unit price, and move to sampling once you approve.
Yes. We handle industrial design, structural design and mould engineering in-house. Most projects start from a sketch, a 3D file, a competitor sample or just a written brief. We will tell you early if something in the concept will not mould well or will not pass the safety standards in your market.
About 30 days from golden-sample approval for standard programs. New tooling typically adds 3–5 weeks before that, depending on complexity. Peak season (roughly August to October) can add a week. We confirm the schedule in writing on the order confirmation.
Yes, and we encourage it. Our facility is in Xinxing County, Yunfu, Guangdong — about 30 minutes from Guangzhou once the Guangzhan high-speed rail line opens, and under 200 km from Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta. Tell us your dates and we will arrange the visit.
All food-contact materials are BPA-free and meet China's national food-contact standard.
Yes. We do pad printing, heat-transfer decoration, spray and matte finishing, laser engraving and in-mould embossing or debossing. We will match your Pantone references and send an approved swatch or printed sample before mass production.
Yes — send Pantone references and we will produce a colour swatch for approval. Colour matching on silicone and on plastic substrates is handled separately because they take pigment differently.
We build to the standards your market requires and can tell you early what will and will not pass. Note that market-access certification is normally held by the brand owner or importer rather than the factory: see Who is responsible for certification? below.
Yes — window boxes, gift sets, blister packs, colour boxes, multilingual instruction leaflets, barcodes and retail-ready cartons. Send your dielines or we can develop them.
If you pay for the tooling, you own it. We hold it for your exclusive use and will not run it for anyone else.
It depends on the part, the number of cavities and the finish required. As a guide, a single-cavity insert tool for an existing platform runs from a few hundred to a few thousand US dollars, while a full custom multi-cavity tool is more. We quote tooling separately from unit price so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Typically 3 to 5 weeks from approval of the 3D drawing and receipt of the tooling deposit, then T0/T1 samples for your approval before mass production.
No — storage and routine anti-rust maintenance are free for 24 months after your last production order. Our tooling is designed for approximately 300,000 moulding cycles, and normal anti-rust treatment within that design life is included at no charge.
If no new order is placed within 24 months, we may — after giving 30 days' written notice — begin charging a reasonable storage fee, or agree with you to return or scrap the tooling. We always discuss this with you before taking any action.
Our factory holds a Chinese national industrial production licence (XK) covering food-contact plastic products — the licence required to manufacture food-contact plastics in China — and our materials meet the China national food-contact standard.
We test through national-level laboratories, including the Guangzhou Quality Supervision and Testing Research Institute and the National Packaging Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre. Test reports are available on request.
It depends on whose brand the product carries:
For larger order volumes we may agree to cover the cost of that testing — this is recorded in the quotation or order confirmation.
We do not hold FDA or LFGB certification. We can arrange testing to those standards — and to any other standard your market requires — through accredited third-party laboratories such as SGS, Intertek or BV. That testing is at your cost unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We inspect each order against the approved golden sample using an AQL sampling plan before shipment, and can send you the inspection report and photographs. You are welcome to appoint your own third-party inspection company to inspect at our factory before shipment, at your cost and by prior arrangement.
12 months from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing and material defects present at the time of shipment — for example moulding flash, graduation or print markings that detach, or threads that fail to seal under normal use.
It does not cover damage from handling after delivery, including prolonged boiling at excessive temperature, dry heating in a microwave, dishwasher cycles above the stated limit, solvent exposure, or normal wear of consumable parts such as teats, seals and valves.
Yes. We send samples for your approval before mass production. Once you approve a golden sample, that sample defines the quality standard for the order.
For an existing product, a few days plus shipping. For a new tool, T0/T1 samples typically follow 3–5 weeks after the tooling deposit and approved 3D drawing.
Sample and tooling charges are quoted separately and are payable before development begins. For existing catalogue items we can often send a stock sample free of charge — you cover the courier.
Standard terms are 30% deposit with the order and 70% against the bill of lading copy. We can discuss other arrangements for repeat programs or large volumes.
FOB, CIF and EXW are all available, and we will quote whichever you prefer. Risk passes to you according to the Incoterm stated on the order confirmation.
Yes. We arrange export packing, shipping documents and customs paperwork in-house. We ship to 20 countries and can work with your nominated forwarder or recommend one.
Tell us as early as you can. Cancellation after tooling has started or production has begun may be subject to charges for work already carried out. If you are late approving artwork, packaging or payment, storage charges may apply and the delivery date moves accordingly.
